How do I order?
You can choose one of the following ways to place an order :

How do I pay?
- Full payment is required before delivery, unless you have a credit account with us.
- We can accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer, or you can use PayPal.
- Cheques and transfers are required to clear before goods are released.
- Your credit/debit card details are collected securely using Sagepay when ordering online.
- Customers can apply for a credit account after their first three orders have been processed Pro-Forma and any credit references and checks have been approved. We will then set up a 30 day credit account.
How long will my job take to produce?
Digital Print: 1-2 working days (same day collection available on request)
Litho Print: 5 working days (subject to specification).
What do you charge for delivery?
We offer FREE delivery throughout the UK and Ireland for all orders placed on line (*subject to exceptions for oversized items).
Items not ordered through our on line ordering system may be collected, otherwise delivery to any local address is charged at £4 + vat.
We use TNT overnight express service for box deliveries outside the greater Belfast area. We charge £9 (up to 20kg) to any area, including ROI & UK Mainland. Larger volume rates are pro-rata.
Pallet prices start at £40 and a pallet delivery will take 2-3 days.

Delivery costs are normally included in our prices so please refer to the quotation letter for more information.
I am happy with your prices and I require you to design my artwork, how long will it take for my proofs?
We normally allow 3 days to produce proofs. Our team of designers work hard to produce creative artwork, so it may take longer than this. If your job is urgent please call the sales team on 028 9070 5205 before ordering.
Larger jobs will require consultation and we will confirm timeframes during this process.
I have just ordered online – what happens now?
Print orders with artwork supplied will be proofed within 24 hours and should be despatched within 5 working days from approval of proof, depending on chosen specification.
If your artwork was over our 15MB limit for online submission you will be contacted and issued with instructions for access to our upload facilities.
If you are unable to supply artwork, we will contact you about the proposed design. Please allow 3 days to produce proofs. Our team of designers work hard to produce creative artwork so proofs may take longer than this. Larger jobs will require consultation and timeframes will be confirmed during this process.

Your online prices are much lower than I previously paid when I didn’t place my order online?

I require you to design my artwork – so what do you need to get started?
Once we receive your order we will require a brief consultation. We may ask you to supply an email to outline your ideas and design requirements. Any images to be used in the artwork will be required before we commence. You can make use of our image library subscription, click here to view and send us the Image ID tag you have chosen. We do not charge for any of these images used in our design & print work.
We normally allow 3 days to produce proofs upon receipt of all information.
How can I be sure your quality is up to standard?

I don’t have any images to use in my design, can you provide them?
Certainly! If you don’t have something suitable but would like to have some input please feel free to make use of our image library subscription, click here to have a look for yourself, note the Image ID tag and pass it on to us. We do not charge for any of these images used in our design & print work.
What are your maximum print sizes?
We produce lithographic printed sheets up to 520 x 740mm
Our short run digital print is up to 320 x 488mm
Our wide format print is up to 1.6m wide in one piece the length can be up to 50m!
(Many materials can be tiled to achieve much larger sizes, details on request)
What are the main standard print sizes?
A0, 841mm x 1189mm
A1, 594mm x 841mm
A2, 420mm x 594mm
A3, 297mm x 420mm
A4, 210mm x 297mm
A5, 148mm x 210mm
A6, 105mm x 148mm
A7, 74mm x 105mm
Business Cards, 85mm x 55mm
Large format sizes are often measured in imperial scales.

My event is on tomorrow…can you help?
Yes – providing you have artwork ready and the quantity is suitable for digital print, your job should be ready the next day!
We keep a stock of all our most commonly used materials & produce nearly everything in-house (print and finishing) which avoids unnecessary delays.
I am unsure what “Print Ready Files” are, please explain
Most design software can produce output in PDF format which is our preference as we operate a PDF workflow. However as long as it is high enough resolution for you to be happy with the quality, we can accept most files. If you are still unsure please call sales on 028 9070 5205.
We can also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, Publisher, Word & Powerpoint files. We ask that you convert all fonts to outlines where possible and ‘collect for output’ so we have all the original files required. If you have artwork set up in any other program, please call us to check.
What is ‘bleed’?
Bleed is the image area just outside your finished page size. It is needed to ensure your job looks its best. Images, background colours and other fills which are intended to print to the trimmed edge of the design should be extended 3mm beyond the edge to give a ‘bleed’. Without this you may end up with a variable white border. If you are unsure please contact our sales team on 028 9070 5205.

What is CMYK?
This stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black – the four colours used to achieve Colour Process Printing. This is also known as ‘Full Colour Printing’, and is a widely used printing technique. By using combinations of these colours in various tints, it is possible to produce virtually every colour imaginable! We can also print Pantone spot colours too.
Minprint have two Heidelberg full colour lithographic offset printing machines as well as our digital equipment printing full colour.
Many digital files are setup in an RGB colourspace – but our RIPs will convert this if you are not able to provide it.
If your packaging branded, can I request your company name not to appear?
Our packaging is usually branded either on the box, with a label or with tape. However, we do offer a Trade Service so if you would prefer our name not to appear, simply notify us when you place your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Our MIS system can be programmed with your logo so our labels and delivery notes print your own information – perfect for trade print buyers.

Do you service & deliver outside Northern Ireland?
On a daily basis!! In fact over 40% of our turnover is delivered outside Northern Ireland. We are happy to provide regular on-site visits as and when required by the customer.
We have negotiated excellent rates with couriers to deliver the following day to the South of Ireland, as well as throughout the UK. In fact we can deliver to anywhere in the world!
